Photos from the Anti-Prop 8 Protest on the Upper West Side

When I left at 6:45pm there were roughly 3,000 protesters but Veken told me that it ballooned to double that number and they marched down to Columbus Circle. I can’t believe AP reported that there were only a few hundred protesters…huh?…and a Salt Lake City TV station reported 4,000.

I hope the Church of Latter Day Saints (i.e. the Mormons) are regretting their participation in California’s Proposition 8.
