Who Would Tag Over a Marriage Proposal?

I’ve always heard street artists and graffiti artists complain about others covering up their stuff and how it can be a declaration of war but covering up a marriage proposal? That’s pretty low. Anyone know who this cruel tagger is?

Aw!!! That is SO ROTTEN! A person would have to be illiterate to desecrate such a beautiful thing in the city. That is crap.

On the other hand, maybe take it as a compliment — I’d guess a rival tagger would only tag over something they thought was better than what they could do.

And really, who can beat a marriage proposal?

Consider it marked and enhanced.
