The adventurous street art photog Luna Park crosses the Hudson and journeys to a beautiful place where graffiti is undisturbed and allowed to flourish (probably illegally, but hey) near the Raritan River.

WOW…so it was sanctioned?!??! You mean New Jersey is more enlightened than New York? Oh right, of course they are, they even have same-sex civil unions…what do we got in NY? ZILCH! GO JERSEY!!!!
