C-monster alread covered this event back last month…but I fumbled upon it and found it amazing if chilling.
There are few times that I am able to experience a totally different world in New York and this was one of them. I may not always agree with Swoon’s aesthetic but boy I love her politics.

Alphaville is a walled city in [Sao Paolo]…Hundreds of residents helicopter in & out over electrified fences & over 1000 security guards are employed. Residents can watch “TV Alphaville,” a 24 hour monitor of people entering & exiting the premises.
