Lost in Translation?

Ahhh…signs are so much fun:

  • Rather graphic tetris toilet signs;
  • How often do you need a tank xing;
  • Smoking ok?;
  • What is a Urine Detection Device?;
  • Do we really need to outline certain aspects of bathroom etiquette?;
  • “Safe Passage“….it confuses me because it is an urban sign…are all the other passages unsafe?
  • This one is a driver’s worst nightmare…classic bedlam;
  • North Vancouverites enjoy bilingual signs written for humans & dogs;
  • STOP Being Afraid;
  • “Please don’t push strangers in front of oncoming trains“–as a New Yorker this one scares me; and
  • This strange glacial signage — can anyone help me with this one?
