Norse ruins, Hvalsey (Greenland)

I recommend this short photo set by journalist Joshua Kucera from his recent trip to Greenland. It is a remote place I’ve always wanted to visit but may not have much to see if you’re not a nature lover.

I noticed the Danish influence most notably in the Katuaq cultural center in Nuukgotta love the Scandinavian modernist curves.

There are also some nice Greenland Flickr pics here, here, here and here.
