Jake Dobkin Says Enough is Enough, Street Art Can’t Be Sanctioned

October 10, 2008 by hv

He says:

i’m not going to post any pix of the interior of Banksy’s show. It’s a great exhibit– with lots of wonderful pieces– but fundamentally, it’s not streetart. Literally– it’s not on the street. In the past, I’ve occasionally taken shots inside galleries of streetart shows– but no more. From now on, I’m going to stick to the stuff that’s outside (or maybe inside abandoned buildings)– but not stuff that’s made to be sold.
