Interesting things I spotted on Twitter today:
- Via @vandalog: An art critic is someone who either sees more in an artwork than is really there, or sees exactly what is there and gets disappointed.
- Via @honoluluacademy: Owners of a Rockwell and NC Wyeth on loan to us sold them. Two blank spots in American gallery. Will it be a national trend?
- Via @themediaisdying: NEW YORK OBSERVER is stopping dining reviews : http://tinyurl.com/djdxbs
One response to “Three Twitter Tidbits: Critics, Disappearing Art Loans & No Food for NY Observer”
I think part of the Observer’s financial problems is that the paper is so out of touch with middle class people in NYC. It really keeps the circulation low.
