This was spotted today at the corner of of York and Varick Streets in downtown Jersey City and posted on Facebook by my friend Ayda E. under the title, “Anti-Health Care Reform banners,” though I’m not 100% sure they have to do with health care as the poster stings the GOP & the Democrats equally.

I asked if she had any idea about the origin of the posters and she replied, “Be the Change is there for quiet some time, but these two [posters] popped up this morning, I am quite sure they were not there last night.”

It only goes to prove that street art doesn’t require a Ph.D. and that as a culture we still haven’t evolved past the mid-20th C. How about creating some new imagery? Aren’t Nazis & Commies played out?
